My normal procedure is: 1.-. I format the sd card from the camera. 2.-. I remove the card and from a computer I copy the UPDATE folder once unzipped (I have tried from several computers and even from several OS: linux, windows, etc.). 3.-. I insert the card in the GOPRO and turn it on. 4.- the GOPRO turns on normally.
